Available Space<\/strong><\/strong>: The total amount of space that is currently being marketed as available for lease or for user\/investment sale at a point in time. It includes space that is available, regardless of whether the space is vacant, occupied, available for sublease, or available at a future date. Available Space excludes shadow space . If sub-tenant spaceis excluded from the calculation, the term Direct Available Space is recommended.<\/p>\n

Facility<\/strong><\/strong>: a building used for a particular purpose<\/p>\n

Industrial estate<\/strong><\/strong>: an area of land where industrial companies have their buildings<\/p>\n

Industrial park I<\/strong><\/strong>: an area of land where industrial companies have their buildings<\/p>\n

Industrial park II<\/strong><\/strong>: An area designed and zoned for manufacturing and associated businesses and activities.<\/p>\n

Industrial sector<\/strong><\/strong>: the part of the country\u2019s economic activity that involves industry<\/p>\n

Infrastructure<\/strong><\/strong>: a set of systems within a place or organisation that affect how well it operates, e.g., the telephone and transport systems in a country or the system of train tracks that a railway uses<\/p>\n

Investment<\/strong>:<\/strong> the act of investing money in something<\/p>\n

Investor<\/strong><\/strong>: a person or organization that invests money, i.e., uses money with the aim of making a profit from it, for example by buying property or buying shares in a company<\/p>\n

Licensed<\/strong>:<\/strong> having an official document that gives someone permission to do or use something<\/p>\n

Limited<\/strong><\/strong>: not much or enough; not very great in amount or extent<\/p>\n

Location<\/strong><\/strong>: where someone or something is<\/p>\n

Truck Terminal<\/strong><\/strong>: A specialized distribution building for redistributing goods from one truck to another as an intermediate transfer point. These facilities are primarily used for staging loads (rather than long-term storage) and possess very little if any storage area.
